What are your experiences with these... I'm curious as to durability, strength, and overall impressions.

Thinking about giving them a try, but wanted to see what others thought...Pros n cons.

Mixed, I got a dozen from raven about 25 years ago and they were absolutely superb. A got another dozen a few years later from somewhere I do not remember, and they were brittle and inconsistant. I currently recommend only tapered surewood douglas fir to those looking for great wood shafting.
