WE have extended the sale! We had to mark down the prices on all items that were 20% off instead of utilizing a code. It just couldn't handle all the variances.

Getting Closer, your going to love them! If I don't have a clean pair to put on, I'll dig out a pair from the hamper before I put on cotton socks! It is absolutely a big part of my day as I"m on my feet all day long. Been thinking about getting some alpacas, but I don't think my chessie will like them. :) Thanks, BigJim

I was just wondering about alpaca as a base layer. What made me want to try them is the fact they don't hold moisture like wool. I will break a sweat just looking outside. When I get a chance to play in the woods, I look like I got rained on. If they dry faster, I am all in!

That might work out for you.. I've never tried them as a base layer. They will wick moisture away from your feet and as a base layer, they would move it on to the outer layer. That should be great. As a singel layer, they pull it away, but it can only go so far if there's no where for it to go.

It is always hot here and I sweat bad as well. I don't feel the moisture in my socks, but when I take my shoes off and walk on the hardwood, I leave foot prints :) BigJim
