Pearson never named his bows until 1958. That one is a lemonwood longbow, likely 40's vintage and they literally turned them out by the thousands. Fun bows to shoot with though.

I got it for 30 bucks. I know nothing about longbows this week has been the start ofy adventure. Bought two longbows this week and two dozen cedar arrows

I had a Ben Pearson bow almost identical to that one when I was a kid. Dad bought it for me from a Montgomery Ward department store. Probably about 1952 or '53, I was 8 or 9. Pretty sure it was Lemonwood.
