Its been awhile since I posted here. I think I first joined this site in 97. Chippy was my "handle" then. Anyhoo, still at it. Going to chase elk for my 3rd yr in a row in AZ, got a delicious cow last yr with a longbow my buddy made for me, on a form I made 14 yrs ago. He has discovered the joy of bow making, And has embraced it. Any how, nice to see this site still active. Will let you know how we do. Using a Fedora 560 1pc recurve this yr, the longbow I used last yr is my backup. Both are around 50#, my arrows, 2020 easton traditional shafts 5.5" feathers, 225 gr steelforce 2 blade heads. Proven last yr by full penetration.
