Hi,everyone I was just wondering if I have a bow that is 45# @ 28 and my draw length is 30, how many pounds am I pulling

Depends on the length of the bow. You can pull 49 (2# / inch above 28") or more if you are the bow stacks at 28".

Put it on a certified scale. Sometimes a bow draws more or less poundage than what is written on it. Then you will know for sure. bvd

Yup!
If you just want a ballpark to help choose an arrow, you can call it #50 and be close enough. Or you can measure it accurately.

Yeah the opposite applies to me I shoot 60 # bows but that is so I can shoot bow that draws 50# + for my 26 1/2" draw length.Young folk think I draw a heavy bow cause 60# is written it when in reality I only draw as high as I can handle accurately .I ain't stupid cause a hit with a .22 bullet is better than a miss with. .44 magnum .Its the same with bows.OSR
