I shoot Axis. Don't reality know about Centereshot. Believe they're both just good quality skinny carbon shafts.

I'm a big axis fan

I've used both. Centershots are good and are cheaper than Axis. Axis probably have a bit more quality control and are more uniform on the whole. I would not hesitate to buy either. My personal favorite that you can no longer get new is Bemen Classic MFXs.

The axis is a little nicer shaft. HIT insert helps with alignment, it's a little skinnier so a little less picky for spine selection. Not a great deal of falloff though.

I've got both and prefer the Axis.

I'm actually in the process cresting and fletching my first dozen axis. I have finished up 3 and I footed them with a 1916 aluminum. I shot my finished few the other day and they shot vert well, grouped well also. I also have some center shots, I honestly never shot em much. Not that there was anything wrong with them. And I'm pretty sure they are a little bit cheaper too. So I guess this helps none. But at least I get to show off my new arrows. Lol seriously though, I liked em both.

Shot and owned both. I only buy the Axis. They are just tough as nails .

Axis here.

I have both and are very happy with them. Axis with the carbon collar behind the point makes one tough arrow

Just started shooting Axis with brass insert. 3-D.

Found that my even more skinny Easton Carbon One's fly better (cast and tighter groups) than not-as-tough GT Trads with 4" feathers, maybe due to diameter or maybe due to Kurly vanes...won't hurt to try a half dozen almost-as-skinny-but-more-purty Axis with Kurlys.

Use Axis Traditionals 600's for my 38, 40, 43, and three 45lb bows and vary the point size slightly 80 to 110 grains. Cost is all relative and they are inexpensive compared to target shafts but expensive to me. I've been buying half a dozen once in a while to keep a stock of shafts (after my first dozen shafts).

Like the shafts ability to be used with many various bows on my rack.

Like the smoothness of shaft.

Like the shaft's almost indestrucable qualities for my type of shooting, but have not shot them at a brick building or bolder yet to test them.

Would like them better if they made 700's and 800's for lower draw weight bows so I wouldn't have to use other shafts.

I use 50 and 75 grain brass inserts with mine.

I use the centershot with the 75 grain brass inserts and found them much tougher than the axis arrows. Just my experience love the centershot arrows.

I have both and honestly prefer Axis. I did just buy a dozen Black Eagle Instinct shafts. I have them partially tuned but need to shoot at more distance to say I am 100% with them.

I think the Black Eagle arrows have a good chance of replacing my Axis but am on the fence because BE uses an outsert, not a big fan of outserts but this thin shaft has no option at it's ID/OD...

I have both but use centershots usually. Putting the collar on the axis really tears up the targets IMO and with out it I damage more shafts when stumping.

I have both and both seem to be good quality. My axis are 6mm. The camo finish on the axis seemed to wear of easy but the finish on the centershot is holding up well. I shoot the axis with my hunting rig and the centershot with my target rig.

Why put a collar on Axis? How does that contribute?

What inserts are you using?

No stumps in New Mexico...but they're what I'd use Warriors for. Axis trads are too pretty to waste. ??
