First year I went total traditional. OMP Mountain Hunter. Shot the doe at sunup, past on a 6 15 min. later, then rattled the 8 in 1/2 hour after the doe. Doe 10 yrds, buck 20 - 25 yrds.

Despite my interest in archery and hunting very early in my life, my Grandfather never mentioned his own interest in archery which he developed after returning from WW ll where he served in the army air. Today his pearson hangs on one of my walls alongside the Bear recurve my Dad got for me when I was very young.

2 on the left are the first bows I built for my kids. First is my daughters laminated hickory hill style, son's is bamboo backed hickory. Kids are almost through with college now, still have the bows and both still shoot. Just keepsakes now tho. A couple shooting pics to follow...
