About 2 years ago, I heard about a man in Tulsa Ok who made long bows. Anybody have any information on this person?

Probably thinking of Nate at Bamabows, but pretty sure he doesn't make them anymore. Not sure if Doug Rutter still is. He was up near Stillwater.

Contact Terry, the owner of the Nocking Point near Sand Springs, OK. He will know.
I did shoot with a person and his wife at a tribute event south of Stillwater who was from the Tulsa area. He made several fine looking take down longbows and one of which had bocote and was beautiful, and I'm more of a fine grained wood fan, so it was extra good looking. He was a fine shot and avid 3-D event attender, so Terry would know him.
