I just wanted to say thank you for the kind words. It would be great to have a laminated crab bow in a hunt draw weight, yes, nice and short!

The handle on the crab bow is triangular shaped.

Hi, in conclusion, the Moghul Crab Bow appears to be Ok for kids or anyone who wishes to transition to an Asiatic style bow.

Here is how it breaks down:

Very interesting limb design. Does it have a pin that goes through the joint or? Appears a hole was drilled out in the joint section.

Bones, the black 'bobbin' in the picture fits snugly into each hollow limb end. It is completely covered up when installed and holds the limbs tightly together. It's really a simple but clever design. A laced, leather grip is provided which I never used. The leather grip covers the joint. I just used tape.

The hole you refer to reminds me of building car models as a kid. the plastic pieces where joined to a 'rail' which you had to twist off.

By the way, I just love shooting off the hand. It seems so effortless and natural. However, it took me a while to find the ideal place the grip to bow, since there's no shelf.

Very cool design. You make it or where did you find it ?

Thanks, Ghost

Hi Ghost, it is sold by 3 or more companies. I bought it from NIKA Archery. Model number ET-4. PM me for more info.
