My buddy has a 51# Carroll recurve with the same metal riser as the once famous Carroll compound bows had...it is in very good condition...black riser and black limbs...60" bow, I think. Anybody have any idea what this bow is worth??

I appreciate any comments...

Whatever he can get for it.

I've seem them go for a couple of hundred dollars depending on the condition.

I'd make him an offer. They're a great bow. A price range is probably $125 on up depending on condition. Lance

Carrol made them before the compounds came along. I have a 1970 model. It's worth what you can get in today's market. Last one I saw went for just under $160.00 and they are worth every penny of it. Bob Lee made those limbs for the Carroll's takedowns.

Thanks a lot for the info...really appreciate that.
