I remember when I first began attending this shoot I visited with young friends. But I guess we are all getting old now. No matter how old I get, it's still a great shoot. And, since moving to New Mexico a few years back, I appreciate this shoot and the effort behind it even more.

It is above Newcastle Colorado a little west of Glenwood Springs. About 45 minutes up the mountains. Great shoot, friendly people.

Oak, I'm thinking last year we had a little over 600 archers at the shoot. It's an excellent time! I've met folks that drive several thousand miles just to come to this one, highly recommended!!

Just got back and headed up again tomorrow. We need a lot of help over the next two days. Those that help set up get to shoot on Thursday. Targets start going on the ranges by 9 Thursday morning so be there early to help. Any help Wednesday is also appreciated.
