Just bought an American Archery All-Pro Custom recurve with specs 60" 45# does anyone know anything about them there is absolutely nothing online with that series model. I'm just trying to gain some knowledge thank you!

I've seen them but haven't owned any. Likely it's a fancy version of their Cheetah and Cheetah Supreme, and most likely made in Oconto Falls, Wisconsin after they move there in the late 60's. American Archery made some very nice bows, many target models too that were used by professional archers like Bill Bednar. My guess is a few of the older folk here has some of them.

Ive read good things about alot of the models but like i said nothing about this one. I picked it up for 50 bucks just wanting to ditch the compound and go the traditional route. I want a rewarding challenge. Was looking at a browning wasp but picked this one. Just wanted to know about the company and model. Looks and feels like a solid bow.

Yes made in Oconto Falls,Wis. Had one once but I sold it. Still regret it. Very nice bows. How about a photo.

At the PBS event last weekend, I talked to an older guy, he was a staff shooter for American Archery, and a tournament shooter for them also, with their bows..... The guy was great to talk to, I wish I remembered his name..... He had to be in his 80's
