This was a small caper I finished up with handle scales made of a three thin layers of a Vinyl flooring my company makes. It also has Osage liners.

Thanks Lewis for letting me add this to your post. The knife has a 512 layer blade and Corian countertop scales. I made this about 15 years ago. Guess I'd better make a sheath! Lance

Lance, that is a fantastic looking knife! I like making scales out of odd materials. I will have to get my hand on some corian and see how it works.

I have a pile of 10 or so knives I have made with no sheaths. I have tried leatherworking but its just not my thing.
