My advice is get one that angles your arrows backwards as opposed to one that angles them nock forward. When they angle forward they always are getting caught on things. Especially if you ever stump shoot or do 3ds in the woods.

Selway sells an excellent one. I have a couple and for 3d's they are very good. I've hunted with them a lot too. I put a D ring on the hood and hang it while in a tree stand. For spot and stalk I prefer a Catquiver.

Got this one from Three Rivers about ten years ago. I use it for practice all the time. It has held up well. At the time I think the price was under fifty dollars.

I had Steve Catts (Hidehandler on net) build me one of his regular go lites but with the same two strap (and snap) belt strap as his Go Lite deluxe with the pocket. I elected not to have the pocket. It is the best side quiver I have seen and used. Very heavy veg oil tanned leather which seems to develop in patina with age. Holds all sizes of shafts tightly and it can be used with two blade broadheads as well. Stays put on the belt, quiet, firm, keeps arrows out of the way when walking, comfortable, and really good looking too. Check it out on his site.

I had one from a company named Trautman out of Montana, have no idea if they are still around..... It was a leather piece, reinforced with small rod frame, and had a Kwikee Kquiver receiver bolted on, that accepted any kwikee kquiver.......

I loaned it out, to a guy, he wanted to make his own, he never returned it to me,,,,,, I am too trusting

You could make one,,,,,,

I bought one of Soap Creeks from the classifieds. Haven't used it yet, but looks like it will work just fine. It sits pretty much strait up and down, but you can angle the arrows when you put them in.

I like quivers which holds the arrows facing forward. I'm able to see which arrow I want to shoot next.

Lots of archers use side quivers which hold the arrows facing backwards. Just need to be careful while turning if there's children standing behind you.

ground hunter, maybe it's time to pay that guy a visit and ask him if he's done with your quiver.

flyguysc, nice quiver.
