For any of you using the Beman Centershot carbons, what’s your opinion of them compared to other carbon arrows you have used?

Thanks in advance, David

I've been shooting the centershots for the five or six years. Found them to be very durable and I don't always take the easy shot. The wood grain finish will wear off down by the point. I've seen no adverse effects of this.

I have not shot them, but shot the MFX Classic, which I believe is close to if not the same shaft. The MFX shot well, I got them on clearance when they were phasing them out.

I shoot the 600's out of all my upper 30's to lower 40# longbows and think they are as good as any other carbon. Fly very well and seem quite durable. TB

The Centershot's repaced the MX Classics in 2015. It is a lil larger the the old MX Classic, but still a good shaft. And Beman does make some tough shafts.

When Easton bought Beman they eliminated the Beman MFX Classic's in favor of their own Axis Traditionals. Then they came out with the Beman Centershot which is in their new H-size line of carbon arrows like Wildthings and all other H-size which their is quite a few.The H-size carbons are inbetween the standard 5/16" carbon and Axis size. The ID of the standard carbon is .246,Axis is .204 and the new H-size line of carbon is .233 ID.I shoot Centershot's in 500 and 600.I think they shoot great, great quality and they work well for guys that don't like the HIT system like on Axis.Plus Centershot's are less expensive then Axis, they both come with 50-75 gr. brass inserts.
