Diffently getting a little tired of the rain, but it would have been a ton of snow. I live on a hill side and the water is still puddleling. Went antler shed hunting yesterday and ticks galore, did find a small one 3pt.

I want to complain about my weather here south of Buffalo but my brother told me wind chill was -29 where he is. Never thought I'd be thankful for ending up in western NY for the weather. So, in reference to original post, knowing what I know, the day is not a total bust.

Butterflies in Ohio already? Must be nice! I'd be happy to see some snow fleas!

Rain and cold for a week, we need a dry spell for a little bit. Have no idea what the sun looks like anymore.

Likewise, the yard is a spongy quagmire. Only bright spot is a pair of bluebirds have staked out the new bluebird box I put up last week. I brought it over from my last house where I had 13 of them. I can only fit one in the new yard now.
