Always recommend the 2 DVDs by Brothers of the Bow and the 2 DVDs from Cascade Archery that feature Steve Gorr and Fred Anderson. Also have enjoyed most of Bill Langer's DVDs.

Someone mentioned my Crooked Hat Chronicles set above. I keep telling people you need to order a six-pack and a pizza to go with it because they are over four hours total … for $20. They were made mostly for entertainment (but all factual). Coincidentally, right now I'm finishing up a set of two instructional DVDs. They will be on my proven strategies and techniques for bowhunting mature, trophy whitetails. "How to" and "this works for me" DVDs. I've included a lot of new info I've not talked much about before. I think they'll be very popular. It'll be in two separate volumes with each volume being two hours long. So, four hours of info total for now. I've already got another five hours of additional info already taped for additional volumes down the road. But I ran out of time to finish those right now. I ran into editing problems. I'm on my fourth editor presently. The two volumes were supposed to be in- hand before I left for Kalamazoo. They promised. But as of today it appears they won't be done until a couple days after K-Zoo. Please don't be upset with me as it's out of my hands and they are saying equipment failure. I'm also scheduled to talk in K-zoo on Friday evening at 6:30PM. If the DVDs don't get done until after K-zoo I plan on taking pre-paid orders in K-zoo, and if you'll trust me I'll mail them out as soon as I get home. The bad news is I'm driving right to the NRA's Great American Outdoor Show in Harrisburg, PA right from K-Zoo. The DVD replicator says they will be finished approximately Jan. 28th and then shipped directly to Harrisburg. By the way, I'm contracted to do nine one-hour seminars on whitetail tactics at Harrisburg. One a day Feb. 2 thru Feb. 10th. Hope to see you all down the road. Thanks again for your patience. BW

Draven, I am glad you posted those videos. I needed to hear that first one and do a little relearning. I had been dealing with some inconsistencies lately and I think that was part of my problem. Thanks

Get the Fred Bear 5 DVD set. It's all about Fred, his hunts and Bear Archery. Excellent.

RJ, welcome! I think the 1st video is one of very few videos I've seen that are giving a good shake to two things that are most of the time Pandora's box subjects:

1. Follow through is not just physical - what is happening in the back most of the time - but a mental action regarding what is happening in the front. 2. Shooting paper is not a sin

YouTube...

The wedge series Jimmy Blackmon Dewayne Martin (Vabowdog) Arne Moe “The Push” series Jeff Cavanaugh

You can usually at least SOMETHING from anything you watch or read, either for the positive ( “That’s something I want to use...”), or the negative (“ Don’t want to do that...”). It could be something physically related ( form), equipment related, or more importantly mental prep/ training/ attitude / approach / will to succeed or over come and learn. It is up to the viewer.

Book? “Shooting the Stickbow” by Anthony Camera.

A couple guys mentioned Stickbow Close. On Monday I received my trade package a takedown bow case from bearfootin and when unzipping to check out the inside - surprise! - a copy of Stickbow Close III. Watched it right away and it is well done with close shot setups as you would imagine, nice animals taken and very good camera work. I'll be watching this more.

Thanks for the DVD Lloyd!

Oops, didn’t spell the name correctly for videos to watch...
