I currently use a 2 piece bow mounted quiver with the rubber straps that mount too and bottom to the bow. It is a 3 arrow quiver. I prefer shooting my longbow without a quiver on it but do not like having to take the 2 straps on and off all the time once i am hunting. It is a pain. I have changed my hunting method and now carry a back pack so i can easily strap a quiver to that or hang it on the pack once I get set up. I have tried the caregivers but that was not for me.

What quiver do you have and why do you like it? Hip quiver, bow mount but detachable? Strapped to the pack? You tell me. Pictures are great as well. Just trying to keep the bow clean but not have to fumble around putting the quiver on and off the bow.

I carry a backpack and I use a Great Northern Side Kick 5 arrow quiver. Works great.

I use a GFA side quiver and like it pretty well.

I'm nearly always hunting with a good sized daypack and have found my own handmade side quiver to be the solution.

I like the GFA also. You can make your own similar to the GFA with some of the existing one piece bow quivers with a drill, Para cord, and a chord lock. Drill a hole through the lower edge of the broadhead hood and either in or by the arrow gripper, tie in the Para chord and use the cord lock to adjust the length as needed. DANNY

So most everyone likes the "sling" style side quiver? Do you notice that it tends to slip or flop around when you duck through brush or are climbing a tree?

I velcroed a compound quiver mount to my hybrid longbow. Easy on and off. Ill have to take pics and post this evening.

They are nice in thick cover because you can just grab it and tuck it into your side or any angle you need to get through. When climbing a tree, it get hauled up with the bow on a rope.

What's a caregiver...is that an auto correct? A bit confused by that.

Kwikee quiver for me. I have a three arrow for my longbow and an old five arrow for my recurves. I shoot with it on or off - doesn't matter much to me. If I am sitting I usually take it off and hang it on a tree or lay it on the ground. The bow sits across my knees better when the quiver is removed.

Caregiver was supposed to be CatQuiver.

I can only find references but no website or pictures of the Riverwolf Alpha Quiver.

The Kwikee quiver is a good idea with the hip adapter that could be mounted to a pack! I had not thought of that.
