shooting a 50 at 28 savannah Drawing 28

2018's at 30.5

what head weight would make these work

they shoot accurate but im getting some erratic flight (looks like corkscrew at the nock)using 140 Not horrible but enough to see. Any thoughts

Im thinking they are too stiff

Are you sure your not torquing the string, I personally don't see cork screwing from spine issues. Try and make sure you have your thumb down and relaxed in your palm, loose wrist and the string at full draw on the same angle as the bow so your not twisting the string and see what happens.

Stu says.... With a 1/16" sideplate and a 14-strand FF string, 150 oughtta put you about dead nuts at 11 GPP....

They may be stiff as well as the comment about your release. I shoot a 55# Savannah and 30.5" 2018's and 18 strand FF. It takes a 180-185 gr head to shoot them straight for me. I shoot glue on points mounted on screw-in adapters to get the weight up and simulate my Grizzly broadhead weight. I'm not sure you can get enough weight to work with a 50# bow. I'd recommend you drop down to 2016's if you have them available.

Corkscrew is a nock point/brace height issue.
