Just shipped this bow off as I was part of a bow trade over on PA. Haven't had time to make many the last two years so signing up for trade forces me to at least do one

Reticulated python skins from a small 8 footer. Pattern is nice and tight on the smaller ones. Limb had knot hole so I thought it looked a bit like a snake head. Rosewood tips

50#@26". In my way to the post office I stopped at the rental store to pick up a floor sander for a carpentry project I'm working on . I remembered that the guy who works in the back likes primitive things and shoots trad so I showed him the bow and strung it for him. He pulled it 30" and I about crapped my pants . Got to quite letting people pull my bows like that. But she held so I guess it was a good test but I don't like over drawing a self bow if the owner has a shorter draw length

Michael I got this set from pine hollow longbows. Smaller set D shaped

I have my own made in thailand but I needed a smaller one for this bow. Wood was pretty small as it was from a belly split on a stave I had . Wasn't sure what d get a bow out of it
