I wonder if it's the same magazine that had a reporter at Compton's this past June there to get with Ron LaClair, to set up an interview with him.

I heard him talking with Ron while I was at the Asbell's booth getting their signatures on "The Tradition Lives On" signature bow.

For me the real Howard Hill tradition lives on with the Jerry . Rooty

Well, he does carry the Hill name, BUT, many of the gentlemen that have signed this bow were keeping the tradition of our sport going way before Jerry Hill was born. Just sayin' of course.

You do your thing I'll do mine. Just saying. Rooty

Wow, Rooty, I'm not trying to start a feud here. I was just stating a fact, Jerry carries the Hill name and followed in Mr. Hill's footsteps, but there are many others as well, several on this bow, whom have been recognized and inducted into the National Archery Hall of Fame.

I know Jerry also and I would think even he would admit that these are some outstanding individuals that have kept the tradition alive.

Trying to get a copy of the magazine. Website says you can order one but I've not been able to make it work. Maybe because I'm not a member of Facebook?

Cool. I'll have to check back with them. Jerry has an unreal amount of entertaining information. More than enough Hill for me.Rooty

I use to go to the Howard Hill shoot in Wilsonville that Mr Jerry Hill operated.

Sure had some good times there, Jerry and his whole family are as fine of folks as you will ever meet. Jerry, hope all is well with you and your family.
