Rain doesn't bother me...lightning and I head for cover.Got lucky this year and my good buddy hooked us up with a cabin. Weather looks good for the most part.

Few years back it was beautiful weather...one night got down into the high 30's. Was cold in the tent that night!

The vendors in the tents don't mind a little rain. )). The end of July itself is crazy weather time so just expect anything. A few years ago we were on the south edge of a severe cell that put a tornado down about 8 miles away. It's actually to be "drier" as far as dew points go so that is a big help.

The vendors love rain. Why wouldn't they? Where do attendees go to get out of the rain?

It can get chilly there at this time of year. Make sure to bring a sweatshirt or some other type of warmer outerwear.

As far as weather forecasts go, I wouldn't put too much stock in their accuracy. Sounds good but it can change in the blink of an eye. Long range is just that, long range. We can hope though.

"The vendors love rain. Why wouldn't they? Where do attendees go to get out of the rain?" Cha-Ching! Give that guy a cigar. 8^).

It's likely that Big Jim will start charging me rent one of these times as much as I like to hang around his used bow display.
