Trying to place a ad. I keep getting a message that I already have one. But when I click on the delete link I get server error. Any ideas?

Google says you have an ad for 2020 arrows on May 13th. If I click on it however, it doesn't come up...and it doesn't show in the ads when you scroll back to May 13, so I'm at a loss to help you on this one.
