I think I remember hearing that Dan didn't build a Super D with bow bolt - not enough material in the riser?? I think he originally made a few but not an option now. Don't hold me to it tho, I have a good memory but its just short.

Burnsie, I could see that. There really isn't much to work with in the riser. I thought he made at least one. I think there is one solid piece out there that has a linen micarta riser on it. Maybe!

According to Dan's website, the Super D is the only model not offered in a take down version.
