Cut the weeds down in the back yard range and added some more bales. I have a deer, turkey, small bear, rabbit, ground hog, prairie dog, 4 bales and an old foam cube covering about a 30 yard by 20 yard area. They can be shot at from farther out. Then in the area before that, I have a BLOB, and a few more compressed straw bales, an old bag target and an 18-1 held together by foam and glue.

Then some random nerf balls and toy animals. Fun

Awesome range!

Before we left Illinois, I had a 2.5 acre "back yard" and would often set up 10-target 3D rounds for friends. It was so much fun.

Ah to have a few acres again... It's a goal!

Great range and some fantastic targets!

I just have an eight foot pile of native Florida sand that has sat around for 38 years on the border of some woods since the old house was built and has a few vines and plants on it. Use a bag target, but I can go back to 80yd+++ if needed. Fantastic practice area in the West Palm Beach area plus it is out back of the house so don't have to drive 15 to 20 miles where there is an archery club for wheelie bows in the Delray Beach area. Used to have some fox, quail, racoons, and other wildlife and someone said long ago that he and his dad hunted a Florida panther in the area. Now there are just some dangerous snakes.

When should be come over! Great looking range.

Very nice. Makes me want to expand a bit on my back yard set up. I have a bit of room, just need to add a few targets.

The 3d targets are fun and I've gotten them at outlets but they add up $$. The compressed straw bales are a great way to set up a course. I stick dots on some and practice shooting 'imaginary spots' on others.

I'm envious. Nice setup! I drive 20 minutes (each way) to SCBAarchery'org 50 yr old range..80 yds for field, 30+ stations for running around in the hills (set with an animal collection for 3D). The few archers I see on weekdays are often trads...also frequently a couple of young women with Olympic setups ("respectful" to old men but nice to see anyway). Pink decal in SUV window: Tradgirl.

Nice set up you have there.I like it.I just bought a new house and I can only get about 20 meters to shoot but the target area will be the back wall of my new workshop. Not too bad as it will be semi indoor out door. I can stand under my car port and shoot down my driveway into the workshop.I can also shoot at night as there are plenty of light.I won't have the luxury of any 3D type of course but it will be great for testing arrows and informal practice.Enjoy your range mate.Looks like a good one. Nice looking range. I have a whole bunch of targets made up to do the same, just need to cut the lanes when I ever get the time... :/

I used to live in the city and had a 20 yard and could squeeze in 25. Moved here 1 1/2 years ago. The yard was a selling point :)
