Does Anybody have left wing goose feathers for sale? I would love to try some.

Just as a friendly reminder.... it is probably a Fed-level violation of some sort to buy or sell any part of a migratory game bird... but you might find something available if you were to post something on a swap and trade thread...

GF:

No it is not a problem selling migratory bird feathers. I got a ruling from Federal fish and wildlife some 25 years ago, in writing.

Excuse Gents? But MY IGONORANCE???? Why was it ever on the books ( IF IT WAS ON THE BOOKS) about selling "goose" feathers ( as opposed to other migratory birds) Most people that I know involved with the geese are hunting for roast goose , not feathers. MY CONFUSE? Batman

Might have had something to do with the market gunners and days gone by with the hats in London too?

I used to pick up shed goose feathers on the farm when I rode my horse around .These feathers were domestic breeds of geese.Used goose exclusively for 6 years. OSR

Ok still does anybody have goose feathers to trade or sell. So much for the politics of goose hunting
