on are usps auction site govdeals.com there are some possible bows again , one pvc tube and a light bar box , bids end by tomorrow . these are the bin numbers I inspected 03217-153 , sportinggoods and general hardware, 03217-086 . so if your bow is late or your the sender You should check this postal auction site from time to time , I do , and they also seem to have buckets of bullets

So if you win the bid, are they going to mail it to you like they did the last customer.

How can they auction off items that should have been or be delivered? Sounds like another case of "Not my Job," and a lengthy list to the effectiveness of our postal system.

There's suppose to be a clearly, and correctly marked, delivery address, and a return address, on every package. If even one of those is correct and, still legible, it shouldn't end up on the suction site.

Items that have a deliverable address will be delivered. Items that have gone unclaimed for a very long time, or items that show up without a return address will go to auction if they can't be delivered. Items can't be offered for auction until all leads have been searched and pretty much exhausted as to who the sender or receiver may be. So before you poop your pants, just contact the site and have them tell you how these items get where they are. It's amazing what you can find out by actually talking to the principals involved.

Oh thanks for clearing that up Mr Stout! I take it you shop the site? They just lost 21 broadheads I bought so if you buy those I would like them back!

I'm shipping a bow and two boxes of arrows FEDEX today. Anyone ever have trouble with them? Its boxed very securely. Thanks. FEDEX and UPS cost estimates about the same. Should I use one over the other?

Fed Ex and UPS are not the USPS.
I use the USPS (U.S. Postal Service). In my experience, less expensive than the other two and just as reliable.

I always put a 3x5 card inside the box with my return address as well as the buyers address just for added assurance.

The airlines have warehouses full of "dangerous" items that they take from passengers. They are also pretty good at losing and damaging things. Those also are for sale periodically.

when you view these packages you can see right where someone has cut the shipping label off with box cutter, most are cut open and any shipping info has been removed . you can view multiple pics off each bin , or lot . its also good for most any gov owened item , cars , truck , mowers , anything a state or county wants to sell . seldom do you actually see a bow , they take them home and sell you the empty box at auction.
