One bow that does not seem to get a lot of press is my favorite DH recurve. I am slowly selling off my right handed bows. I just realized my Ventura will not be one of them.

Outstanding bow.. I regret ever letting go of mine.. Don't remember the exact year but it was the first one I had ever seen that didn't have white glass on the limbs...

Sold mine to Viper a few years back...I had bought it new in 1991 or 1992 I think. Tony wanted it to round out his collection and I wasn't using it much.

I have actually had two Venturas. I sold the first one to a friend. Trying to sell it for him now since he cannot shoot a bow any more due to shoulder surgery. The one I am keeping is a 1979 with a nicer grip and nicer wood. I will post a pic when I remember to take one.

I sold mine I bought new in 1981, as usual I wish I had kept it.

Love mine too. I get a chuckle out of its 66" amo length as compared to the 65" length of me :)

Mine also has a 30# draw weight, making it an awesome and fun shooting bow.
