Hello guys and gals,
Has anybody tried Ares youth arrows made by Victory? I have about a half dozen of the green ones I picked up from the local mega sporting good store. There's a warning on them not to shoot them out of 29+# bows but heck they fly perfect out of my 45# bows. I haven't had any problems with them braking or anything. Anyone else have any experience with these arrows?
Shoot straight.

I checked them over once. They were aluminum if I recall, and said they had a spine of 500, which would make them about a 2016 size. Perfect for most 45 pound stickbows.

They're probably labeled that way to make it clear that they are not "hunting" arrows and therefore not subject to P-R excise. Same probably applies to the Genesis series (1820) which are pretty comparable in spine to a 2018... At last according to my digging...
I don't know if they went to 1820s for durability, or if they're just so heavy that nobody would want to hunt with them, but it's a great thing for youth archery that they can be sold without the extra tax burden...
What's the price point?
