I'm having difficulty unscrewing points from carbon arrows after using lock-tite blue. If aluminum I would heat with torch but not so with carbon. Would dipping in very hot water work? Joel

Just heat them slightly. Not much. Then try. JF

Heat the field point with a cold wet rag around shaft. Pull and twist while heating so it will break loose at earliest possible moment. I use two blocks of wood with hole to clamp shaft in vise

I use beeswax for bowstrings on the threads. Holds em tight but easy to remove.

Heat the tip of the field point with the flame on your stove or a lighter. The point will transfer the heat and you should be able to get it out without damaging the shaft.
I agree on the wax as being a good solution but I usually just give them a good twist with a pliers.

Vise grips on the point and a piece of rubber (old bike inner tube is great) to grip the shaft. A small amount of heat on the point might help.

Plumbers tape works too and is not messy.

If you had installed them with string wax, they hold tight but are easily removed with only finger pressure.

Carbon will take more heat without damage than you think.

Just thought of another method. Put those arrows in your freezer for a while. The contraction differential may break the bond.
