Does anyone know where to obtain the complete Bear TD assembly? I know I can get the top portion at 3 rivers but I can not find the lower portion anywhere.

You can't buy aftermarket lowers, best bet is finding a damaged riser.

Never heard of anyone buying the complete assembly from Bear. Heard rumors of risers made up from "lunch box" parts. But then you gotta know someone on the inside.

I just bought latches off the auction sure for 100 bucks to put on a 50 dollar riser blank... I've been waiting since late October 2016 for them to pop up for sale somewhere. Good luck.
