Wood Grain Pizza. The guy behind the sneeze screen puts everything you point to on fresh tossed pizza dough. Then he slides your pizza into a rotating, red ceramic covered, cylindrical wood-fired oven. 90 seconds later, pizza is served. Excellent! Mine had organic basil with olive oil spread on the dough with crushed tomatoes. Then Crumbled Itallian sausage, and shaved soppressa, topped with sliced Greek Kalamatta olives, covered with shredded mozzarella cheese and fresh mozzarella top.

I'm in the middle of putting a new floor in a downstairs room. It is my wife's office/craft room. A buddy is helping me and wanted something quick and easy, so we've done venison cheese burgers the past two nights, all spiced up and cooked over hardwood charcoal served with watermelon and appropriate beverages : ). Quick and simple, but it was really good! Finally got back to a charcoal grill this summer and the venison meals have been excellent!

I have 7 lobster here waiting for the pot to boil. Lobsters get a bit apprehensive when near a pot of boiling sea water..I Usually talk to them calmly and sometimes use hypnotism to reassure them. Mr. LaClair, I will have to draw the line at that one...Ha!Ha!
We have a lot of possum in Fl. but I don't know of anyone who eats it, even the buzzards will wait until they can't find anything else before they eat possum, now raccoon is different.
I wonder if Frisky would like some Possum in coon gravy. you don't have to hunt possum, just drive slowly and you will find all you care to eat within ten miles.

Oh and of course a jalapeno cheddar baguette that is always good !! Wish I could say the ribs were from a nice hog I arrowed this spring, but that didn't happen so..... Thanks butcher man !!
