Hey All - I recently purchased this real pretty Ben Pearson Hawk II, which I can not find any info on. Do any of you know anything about this bow? I can tell you it is a 52" bow. The grip is nice and thin. About 1/3 smaller then my K-Mag. Its rated at 45#@28" but actually comes in @ 49#. Shoots great, and its really light. It almost feels like a kids bow. Also under the name Hawk II is the numbers 7375. Any info about this bow is greatly appreciated...Thanks in advance! Steve

I have a Ben Pearson Hunter II which is very similar. I like mine. Shoots better than the KMag I had.

I have a few Pearsons myself. I like this model.

It came around in the early 70's I do believe, and I think they made the Hawk series for Sears. Pearson made that bow length in a bunch of models, likely off the same form but with different woods and design tweaks in the riser.

Nice score! I've never seen that model before.

Thanks guys for the info...I have a BP Hunter as well, and a guy can find a lot of info on those, but not on the HAWKs! I really purchased it for the nice looking wood. I'm a sucker for the pretty wood. I didn't have a lot of hopes for it since I never heard of it and only picked it up for 70.00. I purchased a B50 string from 3rivers and that little fire-cracker can through some straight arrows. Thanks George - I was curious if this model was made for a store like sears or someone. I'm just surprised that BP doesn't have an archive site that covers all their bows. I've found those that cover most though...Steve

That's some of the prettiest wood I have seen on a Pearson that wasn't a top of the line bow. Nice find!

Thanks Brian, Buzz & Ben. Hey Ben - That's why I was asking about it, and trying to find the history. Hey Brian - I've seen some of those old videos...Good Stuff. I've also found a lot a BP archive info but nothing which speaks to the Hawk II. I'd love to know what the serial number of CM-32 or EM-32 implies (if anything). Thanks Again. Steve
