This old Razorhead makes a good scraper to get off the old finish.

I scraped an entire SK that had been painted OVer with I don't know what, but I was fOOling with the bOw One day and absent-mindedly scraped a large piece OF paint cleanly Off with the razOrhead> just kept at it and it came OFf quite cleanly>

I use a variety of scrapers flat concave convex. The good old pocket knife ain't too bad either.Broken glass works good too but looses its edge fast .I don't doubt a razor head has a good shape and would work well.Good idea I think. OSR
