Batman has been worried that I haven't shot my Bear Tamerlane for some time, he thought I was going to get rid of it.
I grabbed three bare shaft cedars, everyone hear that,............ CEDARS!!!!!
Then at 20 yards measured, I shot three CEDARS and got approximately a three inch group.
Not like my long bow which the arrows go where I point, the tamerlane, the arrows go to the right of where I point, I didn't shoot a target just shot a grouping.
1971 Bear Tamerlane,.......Arrows Cedars that I'm making......Ron

Good morning all. I chose the vertical obstruction shot today at 20 yards. Shooting my 56# JF Freeman Longbow and a #9 Microflite. I surprised myself, my first shots at this distance are usually low. Everyone have a great day. Lance.

Some great shots! Congrats to all. I'm going to ruin the string for sure. Pouring the rain here in my part of SC, so I stuck a squirrel target on a box at 10 yds and shot two flu flus. First shot left miss, the second hit just between the paw and the head. The hole is visible in the next pic.

That sux Dan. I got out to the end of the woods tonight to set up for the evening deer to come down the mountain out of the fog. As dusk settled, my neighbor decided to crack off about a hundred or more rounds blowing my evening. But at least my neighbors are tolerant of my hunting. Good luck getting that deal straightened out there.

Wow - great shooting Trevor. I'm trying out some new arrows today as well. Wapiti tapered cedars w/ 125gn points. Two fletched and two bare from 20 yards. Really wanted to tip these w/ some 165gn Ace Express heads that Homey88 gave me, but don't have field points in that weight to check them against. I just may try them out anyway and see how they fly with some walkback ranges.
