Jim Belcher delivered me a real nice bow - Trophy Longbow 45 lbs @ 28 inches, 66 inches. Shedua riser and maple limbs with brown glass. This bow shoots great! Brace height set at 6 3/4 inches and nock 3/8 above square - it shot 1820s, 29 inches with 125 gr points, superbly! Great flight! Very smooth through the draw and absolutely no shock - this bow is a keeper!

Jim did a super job and I highly recommend this bow - real classic lines.

Check that nice rub out!

That one will make a great companion Eric.

Wow nice bow! Made on Earls original form I believe? I once owned a Hoyt made 45# when 45# wasn't considered enough weight, wish I had it back. Still have a 60# I can't handle, but it sure looks good hanging there. TJ

Eric, I am curious as to how long your wait was on the bow. I have had one on order for quite a while.

The one I have ordered is an American. That is a great looking bow. I found Jim to be a good guy to chat with. he has an interesting background in archery.

As any reputable bowyer, pls don't rush them and rely on their delivery time. Jim Belcher is one of the best out there.

That's a swell looking bow, for sure.

Had two of those over the years both were great bows that I had to sell for a lighter poundage due to an injury.I think another one is going to have to come my way, you will be pleased with it I bet.

I picked up a used Sky Trophy Hunter longbow this winter. 41#@28, and 45-46# @ my 30" draw, with no stacking. It is a sweet shooter. You don't much info about these bows. Me thinks people are missing out on a good option for a longbow if they don't give it consideration.

Took first place in the trad division at a local 3d shoot with it today. I like it.

Ordered one of the u-finish from 3 rivers. Just need to cut the arrow shelf, install limb protectors and stain/seal. 45 lb on backorder for about a month. Other weights are in stock. $150. No doubt it's gonna be a favorite.
