This the first new recurve bow I got and I didn't build it. Sorry I can't get Good pictures to load. JF Anyway Richard Korte built it 53# 60" 59er custom replica. Verawood, Gaboon ebony, accent stripe is Paduck. Natural actionboo limbs covered in green glass. Overlays are glass, Green and white, topped of with black glass. Feather rest and the sideplate of the era. B55 Flemish 3 bundle string and a bow Sox. All I had to do was set the brace and tie on a nock point. He did a beautiful job building this bow, shoots Great, it's almost like I made it ;) I'll keep trying to get so.e pictures of this one of a kind repo 59er. I love it :) Thank-you nemah. JF

I was kind of wondering when he started building 59 replicas...those KD replicas are works of art...not an easy bow to build

Dave, you are right he can build one heck of a 60 Kodiak Deluxe. He really has that riser down on how to put it together being it's so complicated. Richard builds one heck of a nice bow and one heck of a nice guy too. It shoots and feels great. Hits where I'm looking with some authority. I'll get some pictures posted when they get the thing fixed. JF

He builds unreal bows. Narrow limbs like the real one's and they are such great shooters. I feel lucky to own one.

You rascal. Building longbows and buying recurves... Yep it is time to make another form. LOL... PLEASE Don't do that. After the way this one is coming along I would have to have a curve to match, and only you would know how hard that would be to make happen. :-)

Cody, I know it's kinda odd building one kind and buying another. As I've told you I love all the wood Bows. I have always wanted one of nemahs bows and this was my chance to get one. The poundage was right for me and I loved the look. I always admired his work,ever since I've been on the wall. Some day I am going to make a recurve, I do have one in mind. I just have to do it. JF

Jeff, love the bow . The wood colors with the green glass is awesome ! I love green glass ! I am going to have to get around to ordering me a bow with green glass.
