My new Hill Legend Stick. Caramelized bamboo, 70" 60# @ 28". If this works I'll do a review of it. photo IMAG0911_zpsufl7felp.jpg

Well, photobucket worked. I've had this bow for several weeks now and for the last 3 weeks or so I've been shooting it almost exclusively. I have a Wesley Special, but the grip on the Legend Stick isn't quite as deep and has taken me some time to get used to. The 70" length hasn't given me any problems even with my 27" draw, it's very smooth. A shorter bow would be faster, but I'm happy with the way mine shoots. I made a fast flight string for it, and started the tuning process. I found that for me a 1/8" high nocking point and a 6 1/4" brace height worked for me. I ended up using a full length GT Traditional 400 with a 135 grain point. This target shot at 15 yards shows that a field tip and broadhead shoot together. All in all I'm pleased with my purchase and would buy it again. If anyone has any questions I'll be more than happy to try to answer them. photo IMAG0982_zpsne9wdgfn.jpg

Thanks.I'm really liking it! Here's a pic of the handle, I believe it's oak. It goes well with the bamboo I think.I also like the brown glass, it all goes together quite well, IMHO. photo IMAG0913_zpszffjmvku.jpg
