if a guy wanted to make a riser for a take down bow can you buy the complete pocket and latch like the bear td's ? where?

Not that I'm aware of. I don't think Bear sells them. Would probably need to find a junker riser and remove the limb beds from it. Can buy the latches and other hardware.
