Just picked up a nice used tool today and it will be here next week. Do you guys buy the replacement disc or make your own? I haven't looked at one buy I can't imagine they would be any different than the larger ones for my bench sander

I make mine. Contact cement paper to disc. Works great.

I guess you could DYI especially if you have disks already. I bought a pack from 3Rivers a long time ago, still have a few left. I clean mine when I am done with one of those eraser things for belt and disk sanders.
