I'm cleaning up a 61 Herters for a friend and wondering if there is something to use on the leather grip to make it look a little better? No trying for new just cleaned up a bit. I thought brown shoe polish, neets foot oil, leather wax. Anybody got something that works? Thank Arrowchucker

I use Tandy's leather rejuvenator and have had good results. Lance.

Don't know if it will work on your grip, but I've used Kiwi Brown and Clear shoe polish on a beat up brown leather rifle sling once, and it really brought it back.
