And a nice sheath for the blade.

It fits tight, and stays put. Would make a nice neck knife.

I didn't like the short scabbard, so I made another for it.

I like this one much better.

Are you going to use the same rules as 2015 and 2014?

I copied and pasted the rules post from last year:

If you remember, last Labor Day 6point suggested this event. So, here we go again. Here are the rules for the second year, 2015 Labor Day Tournament LeatherWall Tournament.

-Everyone shoots in the same class, one winner, high score wins the pictured trophy. -Scoring is based on your honor, no cheating. -Target is to be made by the shooter. It should be a standard paper 8.75” paper plate. Be sure it is not a 10” plate. If you have a compass, you can draw the target on a piece of cardboard. Draw a scoring ring 1.5” from the outer edge and a second ring 3” in from outer edge. Use a quarter ($.25) to shape a center ring. The outer area will score 2 points. The next area scores 4 points. The center will score as 6 points. The quarter size center also scores as 6 points but also scores as an x which will serve as the tie breaker. Any arrow touching a line will score as the highest of the two values. - You can shoot as many warm up arrows you want at a non-tournament target, but once you put the paper plate tournament target on your backing, you only get 5 warm up arrows. -Shooters will shoot 20 scoring arrows, all to be shot on Labor Day, September 7, 2015. -Shooting distance for this 2015 event will be 20 yards. -Shoot your hunting set up. -Post your score and the number of Xs on Labor Day. -Winner shooter is not eligible to compete next year (2016) and should be the person to make the trophy for the 2016 event and post these rules for that event.

Good luck.

I'll still be starting another thread for this when the time comes.

This is just so everyone can get familiar with it, and maybe get some practice time in between now & Labor Day.
