Ive been looking at small, lightweight quivers to put on my McBroom SF, but just didnt find anything to suit me. Then the thought came across my mind, why not at least try one of my old Bear 4 arrow tape ons? Perfect fit! Well into the fadeouts away from the working limb, light weight, hangs very close to the bow and is easy on, easy off. Not a bad combo. A new bow and 50 years plus old quiver.

Here's my Bear with rubber straps. Better than any quiver out there.

I've been wondering for a while why Bear hasn't reintroduced those quivers.

What did you take the rubber straps off of?

The straps are a great modification Mr Robertson! They are indeed great quivers that I think would be a welcome reintroduction to the bear line of traditional accessories as well.

Rymancat, those straps are from Great Northern. They fit perfectly over the tabs of the Bear. Drilled a hole and inserted upper half of a rivet for strap to hook onto.

Nice looking arrows! Strap on idea is a good one. I didn't like it much on my bow but in all fairness it is very light weight. Mine was a Great Northern.

One of my favorite quivers ever built! Versatile and just the right size.

Scott's quiver is as quiet as any you'll ever put on a bow. And, it also looks good.
