What am I missing here. The Bateman tab has gotten rave reviews, but I find it about useless. If I put the tab on my hand with the finger loop below my second knuckel, where it feels secure, it does not cover my fingers. If I wear it with the loop only past the first knuckle it covers my fingers but is not secure on my hand. I am 5'8" and about 160 lbs. my hands are not large. I got the medium size which seemed logical. Construction looks great, very durable, but who cares about quality construction if it doesn't do the job. If you have the 3 under tab from Bateman and like it please chime in. Bateman has a great reputation and the quivers on their web site look great. I hate trashing them on this but geez I'm disappointed.

They are one of the best. What tab are you currently using?

So buy the correct size before dumping on a well respected manufacturer.

I think you may have got the wrong size. Batman tabs is what I use most of the time. great tabs.

have you trimmed it? And the elastic is easily tightened.

I love EW Bateman puffs, but for 3 under, i Only use a Black Widow Split finger tab. I have a Bateman tab, but i don't care for it. All BW for me, & split tab for 3 under.

One size does not fit all as one tab does not fit all. Just because it works for you, doesn't mean it will work for everyone. Get over it.

Try the large if medium not big enough?

I shoot the Bateman split finger tab. I wear the elastic all the way down to the base of my finger. See the attached photo. When my hand is open the tab only covers to the highest crease in my fingers. When I curl my fingers to engage the string I have plenty of coverage to protect them. The tab reaches just about to the tips. That's all the protection you need.

When I say it reaches to the tips I mean the very end of my fingers. This still allows me to feel my anchor with my bare finger. I think shooters might lean to a tab that is too big. I know in the beginning I did.

I don't have large hands just average size I would say and I use the LARGE Tried so many tabs out there and the Bateman is all I use now. I bet the one you are using is too small.

I got XL and trimmed it. I have Trump sized hands though

Get the next size up, I am similar in height and weight to yourself and use the large or extra large...imo the best tab on the market
