Added a set of samick wood grain limbs changing the bow from a 60" to 64" bow. Took a few modifications to make the limbs work, but i have a new found love as far as the bow goes.

How does it shoot compaired to original? Or more appropriate, how does it feel?

the grip fits my hand alot better,feels smoother with the added length. I filed down the grip in a few areas,modified the samick clearanced limbs from LAS to fit. Im happier with this cheap setup.

Not sure about the light colored limbs on the dark riser. Shoots good though.

It's smart to modify a riser if it isn't fitting well. I've done it many times. I believe those older Impala models were bubinga, so there is plenty of beef there to work with. The Samick limbs may be an improvement in performance, but you will have to let us know about that. Well done.
