I've been thinking about getting a JD Berry Argos any comments welcome.

I doubt u get a single negative comments since all his bows are top notch and he is a heck of a guy. I have a Taipan and Morningstar and they are fast, zero hand shock and forgiving bows. I am big fan of the reverse handle so Morningstar is my favorite. I would expect great performance from the Argos as well.

I just talked with James a few days ago about the Argos I placed an order for back in the spring. He said he will begin building mine in about a month.Happy happy happy.

What do you want to know? Like Jack said, I don't think you'll hear anything negative.

The workmanship is top notch. The bows are solid.

Thier a really smooth shooting bow.Very nice draw.Short 12 inch riser with a long working limb.An elegant and streamlined longbow.

I got one in 2007. Good bow it's basically a fancy hill bow with a touch of d/r in the limbs.

Last I heard that James is only taking new orders for time on the Heritage model, you would need to call him to make sure if that still holds. This is the photo type of the Heritage model..

This is one of the deer I shot with it this fall, pics of pheasants and rabbits or doves. The cedar arrow went through and broke on a sampling, I just put the shaft back into the hole to show where it came out.

Sorry missed a word again, I cannot talk and type at the same time. No pics of any birds or bunnies.
