Ok, this is kind of a specific question. For those of you with a longer draw length (30" or more), AND have shot both the 60" and 64" versions of the super kodiak, what is your impression of the difference, if any? Both draw the same? Shoot the same? Or does the longer 64" seem to work better for your longer draw? Not looking for speculation (I can do that!), looking for actual experience with both bows from long-draw archers. THANKS!

I've got a 32" draw. 60" bows pinch my fingers pretty bad plus tend to stack a bit. The only super k I've had that I liked was 64".

I draw near 31" and there is no doubt the 64 is smoother to draw. Having said that the 60" Kodiak is one of the only 60" bows I can shoot well and without much finger pinch. Probably due to that forward handle design. I find the shooting qualities of the shorter bow to be a bit better for me overall. I think this is because of the riser to limb ratio..the risers on both are the same length but the 64" has an extra 4" of limb. It is a longer working limb so for me it is not as quick and I feel a little more vibration. Don't get me wrong, the longer bow is a great shooter too..all of those Kodiaks are IMHO but for me there is a definite difference in feel. You should shoot both if you can because so much of the shooting quality of a bow is all about how it feels to the individual. How it feels to me may be totally different for you...Good Luck!

Super k doesn't have a forward handle, that's the Kodiak hunter and Kodiak magnum.

I have had three 60 inch Super Kodiak's. I also have a 30 inch draw. This past summer Big Jim had a 64 inch hanging on the rack. I will tell you for sure, it was defiantly a better fit for me. I could tell immediately that it was smoother. If I ever buy another Super Kodiak it will be the 64 inch model.

I have a 30.5" draw. I can, and do shoot both, but prefer the 64"er. It's just seems smoother to me.

I shoot both 60" and 64" inch Super K's. The 64" may be a tad smoother but I have zero issues with the 60" bow at 30" draw. It's a better choice for hunting...for me. I'll be carrying a 60" hunting tomorrow. To be honest the longer bow sits on the rack more than in a tree.

I like the smoothness of my 64" SK but it is slower than my 60". My 30.25" draw doesn't feel pinch with the 60" SK but it feels the stacking of the shorter SK

I also have both 60" & 64" SK's with a 31 inch draw. The 64 might have a little more smoothness when drawing but I prefer the shorter 60 for hunting.
