Awesome! Congratulations. Usually don't watch videos that long but it's worth it! Too cool sir. Trying for my first one this year with primitive equipment if I can get my bow finished soon. Been inspired watching your videos and reading your book. Late season is a month away, can't wait!

Ryan. I have walked the old path for several years now. There is no better feeling than using a bow you made by hand and your own knapped heads. I killed a big thirteen point with my own hand made bow and points and skinned him with a stone blade. I then used a bow and drill to start a fire and roasted the tenderloins. I know you know the feeling. "I'm finally home." Thank you for your video and work. Alan Altizer

very cool bud, well done and congrats...
Makes me feel a little less traditional tho. Might have to get out in the garage and start scraping on that hickory flat bow I left for fire wood years ago. :)

Soldier: Yes sir, that's the same wood I wrote about a while back
Ron, That's a very nice compliment. I have heard many good things about him and primitive hunting, although I wasn't quite full into primitive archery by the time he left us.

thanks guys, very pleased you all like it. I am going to try to make a habit out of doing these when the stars align.. I am just not quite sure I am ready to commit to the camera yet and let game walk by if the camera isn't perfect.. that just isn't who I am..lol
