What is quality of Omega bows

Omega bows are an excellent quality bow.

Functional quality is very impressive. The clear coat is working man poly. It'll be sealed with pores still visible (unless you get the unfinished option like me). It will be a not very fancy looking but very fancy shooting bow.

Thanks for input from both you.

The bowyer posts over on tradtalk.com, that would be a good place to talk to him. I'll take function over fancy anytime...in any weapon.

Not fancy by any stretch but they aren't meant to be. They shoot as good or better than most r/D longbows I've shot. Kegan is a helluva good guy and stands behind his work.

That is archerytalk.com/ not tradtalk.

He post on both of them often, George.

By all reports I've read, he makes a very functional, well performing bow at a modest price. If I were looking to buy a r/d longbow, he'd be the first I'd consider.

Also he is the only bowyer I knew that has a lifetime warranty with his bows.

Very tough and fast shooting longbows. Customer support is the tops! Had one of his Originals - would like to own an Imperial one of these days. Last season Kegan took a buck and a turkey with one of his own Delta takedown longbows.

He builds "usin' " bows.

What FDP said. They're usin' bows. You can use them as a walking stick, use them as a vaulting stick to get across a wider than stride stream, use them for swinging at raccoons, etc.
