Ive got a few but no way to post photos just now, I'm not sure Bear ever made one in Green in the Fifties.

Check out 'A Tribute to Fred Bear' on line. The Bear bow identifier section has pictures and specs of most of the various Bear bows from the '50s, including the Polars. bvd

O.P. wanted to see leather wrapped handles from the 50's. I think there is a LW'er who does collect them. Here's a photo I found on Google...all but one an early model.

I see that the rest that was on mine was factory.I carefully removed it and placed it in my archery box and replaced it with a bear hair rest. Thanks for the picture George.I love the I beam construction on my 59 model
